Laine, his girlfriend, isn’t feeling it. Nonetheless, Chase, who is fascinated by urban legends and mysterious stories, drags her to Louisiana for the Horror Hound Festival. Laine is plagued by strange visions shortly after her arrival, but she is still unable to make sense of the nightmarish images. What the young couple and the other cosplayers don’t realise is that the Creeper, who awakens every 23 years to regenerate through human body parts and organs, is not a mythical figure, but an actual demon.
